Job description Export Sales Supervisor Pt Bali Maya Permai Food Canning Industry
- Develope marketing strategy to achieves sales target.
- Develope and expand relationship with news customers around the world while at the same time, keep maintaining good relationship and ensuring the satisfaction of existing customers.
- Develope and maintain long term relationship with good portfolio of assigned customers to achieve sales target.
- Valuate and analyze the market periodically to give input for marketing strategy.
- Conduct researc and survey of the market and product analysis for product development.
- Managing acceptance of sales order with consideration of on hand resource of budget and production capacity availability.
- Able to interpret customer needs in consideration of company resource accountable to profitabulity analysis.
- Expediting existing order at such need to meet customer demands and monitoring process of orders.
- Provide budget and sales report for management.
- Work together with production and warehouse to ensure production goes on schedule and ready for shipment as requested delivery time.
- Able to handle overseas and international event.
- Manage all aspect of sales activities and operational in daily basis and bridge customers request through within the company and coordinate well with other departments to ensure customer service excellence.
- Make a daily, weekly, monthly report for sales activity.
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in business.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 3 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably supervisor specialized in marketing/business development or equivalent
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Must be able to write and speak english
- Knowledge of export regulation
- Experience in international expo and booth set up
