Market Development
- Build, foster, and maintain long-term professional relationships with global clients and international partners.
- Identify, target, and approach potential B2B customers across worldwide markets using diverse lead-generation channels.
Sales & Customer Management
- Handle sales inquiries, issue official quotations, negotiate international commercial contracts, and close trade deals.
- Collaborate closely with Logistics and Operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, export documentation, and timely shipping.
Marketing & Promotions
- Conduct comprehensive international market research to uncover new business opportunities, consumer trends, and niche sectors.
- Support the execution of global marketing programs, trade shows, and international product promotions
Reporting & Market Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market performance metrics for the Management.
- Update and meticulously maintain the global customer database (CRM) and account histories.
Ad-hoc Duties
- Fulfill other relevant tasks and special projects as assigned by the Board of Directors and line managers.
