Job Vacancy: Export Import Specialist
Work Location: Cikarang, Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and execute all import procedures for spare parts and raw materials sourced from China and other countries, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations.
Handle all export procedures for goods shipped from Indonesia to overseas destinations, including but not limited to the United States.
Coordinate shipping arrangements, including vessel space booking and logistics scheduling.
Prepare and submit customs declarations in accordance with customs regulations.
Process Certificates of Origin and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all export documentation.
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and relevant external parties.
Perform other duties related to import-export operations as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Open to all genders.
Minimum basic working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related import-export field.
Strong attention to detail, good coordination skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Compensation:
Salary is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. Overtime compensation is provided in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
