Experience Host, Driver & Travel Operator
Location: Bali, Ubud (On-site / On-the-road)

Role Summary
We’re looking for a trustworthy, outgoing, and organized Experience Host, Driver & Travel Operator to help us bring our experiences to life! Your primary focus will be safely driving and guiding our guests during Impact Trips, sharing the real Bali. When trips are not running, you’ll support our growth by handling trip logistics and canvassing partnerships for Bali's Best Deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Impact Trips Guiding, Driving & Support (Primary Focus)
- Driving & Guiding: Safely drive international guests (using our provided personal vehicle) and act as the primary local guide, sharing authentic Balinese culture, history, and context.
- Hosting & Coordination: Organize and run our Impact Trips around Bali - from behind-the-scenes pre-trip planning to on-the-day coordination and hosting.
- Guest Experience: Communicate with participants before, during, and after each trip to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience. Coordinate with local partners, village guides, and venues for logistics and schedules.
- Content Collection: Collect photos, videos, and participant feedback to share with the team and social media.
2. Bali's Best Deals & Partnerships (Non-Trip Days)
- Canvassing & Sales: Reach out to partners, take sales calls, close deals, and establish B2B partnerships with cafes, restaurants, hotels, and tour companies for both Bali's Best Deals and Impact Trips.
- Onboarding & Maintenance: Process onboarding from end to end. Keep partner details, listings, and promotions updated in our system.
- Brand Representation: Represent our brands positively when visiting or messaging partners.
3. Online Community & Events
- WhatsApp Management: Help manage our WhatsApp communities: answer questions, share updates, and keep the vibe alive.
- In-Person Gatherings: Support setup, coordination, and hosting of our community events. Connect with attendees, partners, and vendors during events.
Main KPIs
- Excellent guest feedback and safe, smooth execution of Impact Trips.
- Growing the number of successful partnerships for both Impact Trips & Bali's Best Deals.
Who You Are & Requirements
- Safe & Trustworthy: You hold a valid SIM A, are an excellent driver, and are highly responsible.
- Cultural Expert: Balinese candidates are highly preferred but not mandatory, as this role requires deep cultural context, storytelling, and communication with local villages and vendors.
- A Natural People-Person: Fluent in English, warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoys connecting with international guests.
- Proactive & Dependable: Highly motivated to run amazing trips and hit growth KPIs during downtime.
- Organized: Confident enough to manage trip logistics, simple schedules, canvassing, and WhatsApp/email communications.
- Based in Bali and available for full-time work.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Notion.
