About the Role
Kaltech Energy, a UAE-based industrial engineering company, is seeking a professional and energetic Exhibition & Business Support Coordinator to support our team during an international industrial exhibition in Medan.
The successful candidate will assist with visitor engagement, communication, lead management, and overall booth operations while representing the company professionally.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist exhibition visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Introduce Kaltech Energy and direct technical discussions to our engineering team.
- Communicate confidently in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Register visitor information and maintain accurate lead records.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with visitor management.
- Support the daily operation and organization of the exhibition booth.
- Assist with post-exhibition lead organization and follow-up activities.
Requirements
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Confident interacting with business professionals and industrial customers.
- Previous experience in exhibitions, customer service, sales, administration, or business support is an advantage.
- Must be available for the full 5-day assignment in Medan.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Contract Fee: IDR 5,000,000–7,000,000 for the 5-day assignment, depending on qualifications and experience.
