Job description for Executive Producer at Night Owl Cinematics
We are looking for an experienced individual excited about producing live content to lead and grow a team and drive the strategic development of our brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Developing, managing and executing our livestream’s channel strategy, creating entertaining and meaningful content through live streams
● Develop briefs and conceptualise ideas that weave together client objectives to form engaging storylines for target audiences
● Accountable for the exponential growth and development of our livestream channel
● Manage and grow internal team to generate and execute live streams, setting clear KPIs and team objectives
● Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, management, talents, etc. to establish strategies for exponential growth
● Manage budget, production schedules and team workflows
● Active liaison with Account Management function to manage clients and propose available slots for pitching
● Able to manage manpower and budgets to ensure projects are profitable
COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS
● Working experience in Digital Content and live shows/events/other related fields is required
● Possess strong business acumen - able to quickly understand and adapt to the business and take ownership in providing solutions
● Driven attitude, results-oriented mindset, strong leadership and communication skills
● Growing a team - experienced in managing growth structurally to expand, able to hire and develop team members, create framework for efficient workflow
● Strong networker and relationship builder - adopting a collaborative approach internally and externally with clients
● Creative problem-solver - able to negotiate and offer creative and effective solutions while managing all stakeholders
● Excellent planning/project management skills to manage, track & review project plans progress
● Keep up with digital trends and current affairs in Singapore and S.E.A.
● Possess a positive ‘can do, will do’ attitude, open to receiving constructive criticism to improve quality of work
