Job description for Executive, Community Partnership (Volunteer Centre) - 1-Year Contract Position at Care Community Services Society
The Executive, Community Partnership (Volunteer Centre) coordinates recruitment activities for volunteers and matches them to the appropriate programmes and clients based on programme requirements and the interest of volunteers, and supporting all aspects of Volunteer Centre @ Geylang Town, for community relations, for services to both current or potential volunteers and to the Social Service Agencies within or outside of boundaries, connecting resources at all levels towards an efficacious working relationship and maintains networks with local community service and grassroots organisations for the benefits of service beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment, orientation, training, retention, and recognition plan for individual and group volunteers to ensure that all volunteers are knowledgeable and feel valued.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with collaborative partners ensuring that mutually agreed upon expectations are being met
- Develop and strategize operationalization plans to outreach and market opportunities for both volunteers and partners
- Develop, update and maintain public content and engagement platforms
