Job description for EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO at Yola
- Provide highly professional and wide-ranging assistant, administration, and project coordination support to the CEO. The position will be able to manage of the projects with both internal/external parties in the professional manner.
- Require the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and liaise with a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate with the relevant person in charge to collect and compile the required reports, data analysis and insights related to company KPIs, business performance, customer insights, market trends, competitors, and other factors that are relevant to company strategy, business growth and competitive advantages.
- Represent CEO to work collaboratively with the internal/external stakeholders to standardize reports, and set up report/analyses when needed to support decision making and strategic direction.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, memos and presentation material as required. Organize and manage the record, update and accessibility of all reports, documents, analysis from all sources
- Analyze various reports and give recommendations/proposals to upper managers.
- Actively participate in some key projects assigned by CEO and support all projects as necessary
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks in a confidential and professional manner that facilitates the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization: assistant with the projects, operate complex documents/reports, compose and prepare correspondence.
- Organize and keep track of all project KPIs, project progress, budget and documents.
- Organize and manage all scheduling, event planning, and maintain a concise calendar
- Act as the first point of contact for CEO, proactively and promptly reviewing and tracking incoming enquires
- Perform any other duties assigned
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Auditing / Banking / Business Administration.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in an executive assistant.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Good experience related to analyze statistic, projects management.
- Experience in working directly with high levels & strategic planning.
- Highly analytical and possesses creative and intuitive problem-solving ability.
- High ownership & great teamwork skill to coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Highly attentive to details and able to manage the time accordingly.
- Project management skills to manage multiple projects & keep track of teams’ performance.
- Experienced practitioner in Microsoft Office and other related business software.
