Job description for Events Recruitment and Operations Executive at Refix Pte Ltd
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-oriented Operations & Talent Executive to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role that combines talent recruitment, manpower operations, promoter management, campaign execution, and event delivery, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will play an integral role in ensuring that our events and promotional campaigns are staffed effectively, executed seamlessly, and delivered to the high standards expected by our clients. From sourcing and managing talent to coordinating manpower deployments and supporting on-site operations, no two days are ever the same.
This is not a typical desk-bound recruitment role. Successful candidates should be comfortable balancing both operational planning and hands-on execution. Approximately 50% of the role involves talent recruitment and manpower coordination, while the remaining 50% focuses on event operations, promoter management, campaign execution, and client support.
If you enjoy coordinating projects, managing people, solving challenges on the go, and seeing events come to life, we'd love to hear from you.
