Job description for Events Assistant at Ato Partners
- Meet the requirements and expectations for any event
- Cooperate with internal/ external vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during the planning process to ensure smooth execution.
- Responsible for the management of event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes.
- Keep within event budgets.
- Responsible for the booking of venues, entertainers, photographers and speakers.
- Evaluate event’s results and outcome.
- Sourcing of clients
- 20 years old and above
- Education: Local diploma / overseas & local degrees
- Commitment of at least 3 months without significant disruption
- Fluent in communication
