Who Are We Looking For:
Corinthians Asia Group is looking for a proactive and commercially driven Senior Event Sales Manager to grow and manage the events business across our portfolio of restaurants and lifestyle venues.
This is a hands-on role covering the full events journey, from generating leads and securing new business to planning and executing events successfully.
Salary Range: $4,000 - $5,000 + commission
Key Responsibilities
• Actively source and generate new event leads and business opportunities
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, planners, brands and other potential partners
• Manage incoming event enquiries and follow up on leads promptly
• Conduct site visits, venue presentations and client meetings
• Prepare proposals, quotations and customised event packages
• Negotiate and close event bookings• Build corporate accounts and drive repeat business
• Identify upselling opportunities across F&B, beverages and event add-ons
• Coordinate closely with outlet operations, kitchen, bar, marketing and other internal teams
• Prepare event briefs, timelines and operational requirements
• Oversee event execution where required to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Liaise with external vendors, AV suppliers, entertainment and other event partners
• Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline
• Work towards monthly and quarterly event revenue targets
• Identify new partnerships, packages and initiatives to grow the events business
Requirements
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in events sales, hospitality, venue sales, MICE, business development or a related field
• Strong commercial and sales mindset with experience in prospecting, pitching and closing deals
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple events and stakeholders concurrently
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow projects through from enquiry to execution
• Experience within F&B, hospitality, restaurants or lifestyle venues is preferred
• Existing corporate, events or agency connections will be an advantage
• Comfortable being on-site for events, including selected evenings and weekends when required
