Job description for Event Sales Executive at Ato Partners
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop sales strategy and action plans for Corporate or Social Events.
• Manage sales activities such as ales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate business leads leading to conversion to meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Foster strong business relationships with guests/ clients
• Plan, co-ordinate, monitor and execute all events and activities independently.
• Conceptualise and prepare event proposals customised to individual event.
• Attend site recce with clients and vendors for feasibility studies and provide advice on suitable setup based on the existing infrastructural provision.
• Responsible for collecting deposits and payments as per company procedures.
• Work closely with Managerl
• Responsible for overseeing setup, conducting pre and post event inspection of venue spaces and providing support for ad-hoc request and quick response on site to resolve any issue.
• Be visible to clients during their event and constantly seek feedback on guests’ satisfaction.
• Monitor, track and prepare regular updates/ reports on sales and operations.
• Review current processes to improve and generate new or repeated businesses for venue locations.
• Handle feedback and complaints from guests to ensure they are resolved promptly.
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
