Job Description:
- Develop event Planning concept and ideation
- Lead & creating the initiation and planning long and short term of a project, including setting targets, and ensure technical feasibility
- Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals, and performing quality control on the project to maintain the standards expected
- dentifying areas of risk/opportunity, and influencing and implementing continuous improvements to the program management process.
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor, coordinate with internal and external parties, and track the progress of the projects
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
- Schedule the daily/weekly cadence of the program activities, presentations to stakeholders, finalization of program content, development of the communication, implementation, and launch support plans.
- Analyze the success of an event and prepare after event report
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with any major from any reputable university.
- Having minimum 5 years experience as Project Manager in Event Organizer, Event management Company or Advertisng Agency.
- Have good record and skill in Concept Development, and also have an excellent understanding in Entertainment Market, Marketing Communication, Event Production and Brand Development Strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, expert in making a proposal for Brand Development and Communication activation, and also have a good presentation skills.
- Have a good visual communication skill, Proactive and fast pace.
- Fluency in presentation deck creation
- Familiar with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides & Microsoft Office
