Key Responsibilities:
- Execution Support:
- Assist in event preparation and execution, focusing on the physical flow and participant journey.
- Logistics Scheduling:
- Assist in scheduling appointments and handling internal production timelines.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Support coordination with vendors regarding specific briefing and site requirements.
- Documentation Management:
- Maintain and update operational databases and logistical checklists.
- Field Support:
- Provide hands-on assistance during live productions and community gatherings.
Qualifications
- Education: Final-year student or fresh graduate in Operations, Events, or related fields.
- Organization: Detail-oriented, organized, and structured in managing complex tasks.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Mindset: Proactive, eager to learn, and open to feedback regarding immersive storytelling standards.
- Availability: Available for a full-time internship for the specified duration.
