Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Event Manager or in a managerial role within the event industry.

- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when events are being held.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop event concepts, themes, and execution plans.
- Prepare event timelines, schedules, and project plans.
- Create and manage event budgets (RAB).
- Monitor event expenses and ensure budget efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage event logistics, permits, and operational requirements.
- Lead and supervise event teams, vendors, and external event organizers.
- Ensure smooth event execution and resolve operational issues during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare event reports.
- Measure event performance, participant satisfaction, and achievement of event objectives.
