As an Event & Sales Coordinator, you'll be out at live events and roadshows repping real brands, talking to real people, and closing real sales. Not a call center. Not standing behind a register. Face-to-face, high-energy, target-driven work where your results actually show up in your paycheck.
Zero experience required. We teach you the pitch, the product knowledge, the objection handling, everything from day one.
What the job actually looks like:
- Approach people at events and get them genuinely interested, no robotic scripts
- Pitch and sell client products in person, hitting daily and campaign targets
- Build quick, real rapport (this is relationship sales, not cold-calling randoms)
- Track your own numbers and get coached to actually improve them
