EPIQ Events by Apiary Academy

Great events don't happen by accident. They happen because great people make them happen.

At EPIQ Events, we're the team behind conferences, workshops, executive gatherings, and professional experiences that bring thousands of professionals together.

If you're someone who loves organizing, solving problems, coordinating with many people, and seeing an event come to life from idea to execution—this internship is for you.

You'll gain real hands-on experience working on national-scale events, corporate training programs, and industry conferences alongside experienced event professionals.

What You'll Do

As our Event & Project Operations Intern, you'll be involved in every stage of an event and program, including:

  • Planning and coordinating professional events and workshops
  • Assisting project managers in running multiple projects simultaneously
  • Coordinating with speakers, vendors, partners, sponsors, and participants
  • Supporting event operations before, during, and after the event
  • Preparing presentations, project documents, timelines, and reports
  • Ensuring every detail runs smoothly—from registration to stage execution
  • Helping improve participant experience through feedback and operational improvements
  • Supporting CRM updates and stakeholder communication when needed

You're a Great Fit If You...

  • Love organizing people, projects, and events

  • Are proactive and willing to learn
  • Can multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Enjoy solving unexpected problems

Bonus Points If You...

  • Have been active in student organizations
  • Have organized events, seminars, competitions, or workshops
  • Have internship experience in Events, Operations, or Community
  • Have basic Canva or design skills
