Job description for Event & Partnership Lead at Pt Cipta Piranti Sejahtera
ACCURATE INDONESIA are looking for an experienced and highly proactive Event & Partnership Lead to help drive business growth through strategic partnerships, events, community initiatives, and referral programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to generate qualified business leads
- Build and manage strategic relationships with integration partners, communities, media partners, and referral partners
- Initiate and manage joint campaigns with partners to increase lead generation and brand exposure
- Lead event initiatives including small-scale offline events, webinars, expos, and multi-city partner activations
- Identify new strategic opportunities that can add value to the company ecosystem
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Event, Partnership, Business Development, or related fields
- Preferably from B2B SaaS industry, but open to candidates from adjacent industries such as fintech, payments, logistics, startup ecosystem, or technology companies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Comfortable speaking in public and representing the company externally
- Highly proactive and able to work collaboratively across teams

- Qualified leads and CAC performance from events align with company targets
- Successful execution of strategic partnership campaigns
- Growth of referral-generated leads
- Acquisition of new high-impact strategic partners and collaborations
