Job description for Event & Community Manager at Prieds ( PT Solusi Kebutuhan Teknologi)
- Manage, grow, maintain, engage existing community across all digital and non digital platforms
- Engage potential customer on variety of outlets including online forums, groups, group chats, social media platforms, in-person groups, and more to reach all potential customers where they are
- Create, organise and manage regular events for (non)community to boost brand awareness and enhance engagement
- Create and execute innovative ways to grow and engage community
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews from communities
- Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements
- Coordinate with commercial and marketing teams to publicise and promote the event
- Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently
- Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events
- Research opportunities for new clients and events.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
- Proven work experience as a event & community manager at least for 1 year
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter) at least for 1 year
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail
