DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
- Membuat RAB untuk tender proyek Mechanical Electrical bedasarkan gambar dan BQ
- Membuat analisa harga satuan dan surat penawaran harga
- Mengikuti proses tender dari awal sampai akhir
- Berkoordinasi dengan baik dengan pihak internal dan external
- Menginterpretasi serta menganalisa gambar dan spesifikasi
KUALIFIKASI:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, Teknik Elektro/Mesin/Mekatronika
- Terbuka untuk lulusan baru
- Menguasai MS Office dan AutoCAD
- Mampu bekerja di dalam team maupun sendiri
- Jujur, bertanggung jawab, mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan, bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Bisa membaca gambar konstruksi
- Penempatan di Jakarta Barat
- Dapat bergabung secepatnya
About the company
CTM was founded in 2003 in Gunung Putri, Bogor. We started off working on small-scale projects. Our earliest projects include the installation of the HVAC systems in the Governor's Office in Maluku, the Plumbing and Sprinkler systemsat the BKPM office and the mechanical and electrical systems in the Governor's Office in Bangka. We have since grown to take on larger-scale projects. CTM has grown to become a major player in the Mechanical and Electrical Construction industry, taking on increasingly larger and more complex projects. To date, we have completed close to 90 projects throughout Indonesia. To accomodate our growth, CTM has moved to a larger office at a prime location at Jalan Panjang, West Jakarta.
We aim to serve as a leader and contributor in advancing the infrastructure and global competitiveness of Indonesia.
