Job description for ERP Implementation & Training Officer (Manufacturing) at PT. RAPIGRA

Tanggung Jawab

  1. Melakukan training penggunaan ERP kepada seluruh user operasional perusahaan, meliputi:
    - PPIC
    - Produksi
    - Gudang
    - QC/QA
    - Engineering
    - Maintenance
    - Logistic
    - Admin Operasional
    - Departemen lain yang menggunakan modul ERP.
  2. Memastikan setiap transaksi pada ERP diinput sesuai SOP dan kondisi aktual di lapangan.
  3. Menjadi pendamping (key support) selama implementasi dan masa transisi ERP.
  4. Membuat panduan, video tutorial, dan SOP penggunaan sistem.
  5. Melakukan monitoring terhadap kesalahan input dan memberikan pelatihan ulang (refresh training).
  6. Membantu analisis dan perbaikan business process agar sesuai dengan sistem ERP.
  7. Menjadi penghubung antara user dan tim developer ERP untuk kebutuhan pengembangan sistem.

Kualifikasi Tambahan

  1. Memahami proses bisnis manufaktur end-to-end, meliputi:
    - Sales Order Processing
    - PPIC
    - Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
    - Inventory & Warehouse
    - Production Process
    - Quality Control
    - Purchasing Process
    - Maintenance Management
    - Logistic & Delivery
  2. Berpengalaman melakukan training kepada user dengan berbagai tingkat pendidikan, mulai dari operator hingga supervisor dan manager.
  3. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
  4. Bersedia turun langsung ke area produksi dan gudang.
