Job Scope
- Collaborates with curriculum, marketing, product, engineering, and/or other departments to understand the intended message, audience, project assignment, and/or project requirements.
- Creates original visual media that communicates the desired feeling or message in an engaging and unified way.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
- Create and design various media considering the local culture and the age of the audience.
- Create and design based on the company's brand guideline.
- Prepare drafts of the design and provides samples for review.
- Test graphics across various media.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Revises projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback process.
- Maintains records of billable project time as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Able to work in Surabaya.
- Able to communicate in English actively.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Design or related field.
- Proven graphic designing experience.
- Prefer candidates that have experiences designing for education industry.
- Has a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Proficient in video shooting, editing, producing.
- Proficient with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
- Able to create graphics in many formats.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and/or print.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
