- Performance monitoring of 3PLS
- Coordinate with 3PLs as necessary if any order delivery issues in relation to customer orders
- Coordinate with Finance for 3PL reconciliation
- Do investigation if any complaint about order delivery from customers
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report all delivery orders.
- Reporting if any fraud comes from order delivery
- Holds a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Logistics/ Finance or related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience. Experience in e-commerce logistic
- Mandatory skills & knowledge:
- Experience in vendor performance or supplier quality is a plus
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft office especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and good English (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility
- High energy, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
