Job Description:
Assist with
- Build data visualisation and dashboard for the business using SQL and Python
- Analyzing and monitor operational KPIs for managed clients
- Conduct accurate regular and ad-hoc performance tracking and analysis to identify levers from traffic, conversion, assortment and come up with strategy to drive growth
- Ad-hoc analysis based on strategic direction of the business and deep dive into specific area / trend, make recommendations based on historical data and predict trends
- Build shop management tools like auto follower bot using API
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business / Data Analytics, Information Technology or Computer Science
- Some experience in eCommerce, retail buying, business analytics background would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Result-oriented, team player and energetic attitude
