About Shichida PIK
Shichida PIK is a Japanese early childhood enrichment center offering parent-child classes for children aged 6 months to 6 years.
Unlike a traditional school or preschool, our classes are conducted in small groups of up to six children and focus on engaging parent-child interaction, whole-brain development, and nurturing a lifelong love of learning.
Teachers lead structured lessons in English while guiding both children and parents through a variety of interactive activities.
Role Overview
We are looking for warm, passionate, and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our founding team. You will be conducting Shichida Method classes for children aged 6 months to 6 years, in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct Shichida Method classes (training will be provided)
Engage children and parents in structured, playful learning sessions
Maintain class records and child development notes
Prepare class materials and ensure smooth lesson flow
Requirements
Fluent in English
Experience working with children is preferred
Background in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field is a plus
Patient, warm, and enjoys working with children
Willing to learn and grow through training
Available to start in August 2026
