Job description for E-learning Instructional Designer at Satukelas
- Creating learning activities and content
- Working with subject matter expert (SME) to identify audience training needs and validate the learning activities
- Set learning goals and create content to match the audience needs
- Visualize instructional graphics, user interfaces and finished products
- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in instructional technology and instructional design
- Create exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Create learning support materials/media (audio, video, simulation, role play, games, etc.)
- Designing assessment modes, such as tests or quizzes, to measure learning effectiveness
- Create project documentation and reports
- Bachelor degree in Educational Technology, Psychology or equivalent major
- Active in organization or social communities
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Project Management tools such as Trello or Asana
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is a plus
