Kualifikasi :

Laki-laki / Perempuan usia maks. 32 tahun, Pendidikan min. atau D3/S1 Bisnis Manajemen, dan siap bergabung segera di Area Bogor.
Berpengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai e-commerce & ads specialist di platform utama seperti Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, dan BliBli.
Mahir mengoperasikan Ms. Excel atau G-Spreadsheet, serta menguasai strategi periklanan dan campaign digital secara menyeluruh (Marketplace Ads, dan CPAS).
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target revenue (GMV), mengelola metrik KPI periklanan (ROAS, CR, CTR, CTOR), dan mampu menganalisis tren makro/mikro terupdate guna memberikan insight kepada Atasan.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu berkolaborasi secara proaktif dengan tim.

Jobdesk :

Mengatur campaign, ads, flashsale & tactical promo di marketplace.
Membuat plan promo kalender / campaign di marketpalce.
Membuat dan mengevaluasi daily report revenue (GMV) target achievement.
Mengatur, evaluasi dan optimalisasi ads di semua funnel (Marketplace Ads dan CPAS).
Memberikan rekomendasi continuous improvement kepada atasan dan team.
