Job description for E-commerce Operations Intern at Yong Huat Hardware Pte Ltd
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern / Part-Time E-commerce Assistant to support our day-to-day e-commerce operations. You will work closely with the E-commerce Manager to maintain our online stores, update product information, and ensure smooth daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.
No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and upload new product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Update product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and categories.
- Perform daily stock updates to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Check product listings for missing information or errors.
- Assist in processing online orders and monitoring order status.
- Support B2B online customer enquiries
- Assist with promotional campaigns, vouchers, and online store maintenance.
- Perform simple data entry, Excel updates, and administrative tasks.
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by the E-commerce Manager.
Requirements
- Students pursuing NITEC, Higher NITEC, Polytechnic Diploma or University are welcome to apply.
- Part-time applicants are also welcome.
- Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently after training.
- Interest in e-commerce, online retail, or digital business is an advantage.
