Job description
For this role you will be required to maintain our product database across our own e-commerce store as well as our Lazada and Shopee stores. Besides maintaining product data, you will be responsible for managing site content such as website banners to ensure that they are always up to date. Occasionally, you may also be required to handle customer service when the team is shorthanded.
This is an entry level position with a lot of room to grow for an ambitious individual. This position is currently open so the right candidate could start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Update product database in a timely manner
- Ensure product database information is accurate
- Manage site content
- Assist with monitoring stock and inventory coordination
- Customer service when required
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in any field preferred.
- 1+ years of professional experience preferred
- Tech savvy
- Skilled with Microsoft Office, in particular with excel
- Fluent in English
