Job description for E-Commerce Executive at Hst Medical Pte Ltd
The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for co-ordinating all e-commerce activities to drive brand and product awareness, new customer acquisition, engagement for the Group. This well-rounded and digital-savvy professional will lead the day-to-day execution of the e-commerce business and online sales strategy and other online websites, aligned to the broader strategies and objectives of the company.
The E-Commerce Executive will also be responsible for develop and grow the revenue for multiple channel partners eg overseas B2B, B2C, and distributorship and corporate outreach program for the Group.
E-commerce Channel
Sales
- Explore, assess and launch of new e-marketplaces or e-platform
- develop and deliver strategies to drive sales through
- e-com platforms and online marketplaces & online partners with e-shops
- overseas partners (inbound)
- Point of contact for customers’ enquiries, feedback and complaints from online channel/e-marketplaces, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
- Resolving any operational issues arising from online/e-marketplaces.
- Maintain relationships with e-commerce retail partners and manage partner/client expectations
- Current and forward A&P tactical activities for all e-stores.
- Improve and maintain excellent customer experience
- Maintain high service level/high rating/ good customer reviews for all e-stores
- Responsible for lead generation, nurture to sales conversion for online B2B and B2C (ie pre to after sales service)
- Responsible for the achievement of online KPI/sales targets.
- Responsible for the creation/ production of EDMs and sending of EDMs.
Analytics
- Work with e-comm partners to obtain analytics on retailer programs as well as overall sales goals/strategies.
- With the available analytical tools in all e-marketplaces,
- provide weekly analysis of store and product performance reports and e-commerce best practices to arrive at recommendations on how to improve sales;
- implement strategies to grow incremental revenue per current base and strategies to acquire new online/marketplace customers.
- Weekly and Monthly sales review
Admin
- Administrator for Group Ecommerce platform and other online /e-marketplaces, including troubleshooting.
- Responsible for e-shop decoration, product and content management for all e-stores including HST website
- Formulate, updating and maintenance of SOP/process flow for e-stores.
- Source and recommend available funding and grants for commercial business projects
Other Channels (Distributors, Resellers (local & Overseas), Corporate Outreach
- Working with Sales & Marketing Executive on quarterly engagement programs (i.e. office visits – health talks/self-care techniques/ special half year irresistible staff sales)
Sales
- Responsible for any sales enquiries
- Responsible for sales activities for “other channels” including preparation of presentations, proposals email enquiry, quotations and after sales service.
- Monitor performance of resellers and their campaigns
- Responsible for sales activities for “other channels” including preparation of presentations, proposals email enquiry, quotations and after sales service.
- Maintain relationships with resellers and manage expectations and constant feedback
- Responsible for meeting sales plans and tracking individual accounts monthly sales targets for “other channels”
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities & new client acquisition.
- Administrator for on-boarding programs for resellers/ distributors
- Regular follow- up/meetings with resellers/distributors and grow repeat orders
- Responsible for the achievement of sales targets
- Manage the market hygiene of Distributor’s inventory to ensure regular repeated orders
- Coordinate and Assist in the product registration/regulatory requirement if needed.
Analytics
- Weekly and Monthly sales review
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
