Job description for E-Commerce Customer Service & Admin Staff at PT Tri Harmonis Niagantara

Kualifikasi:

Wanita, maks. 30 tahun
Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan (tidak sedang berkuliah).
Pengalaman minimal satu tahun di bidang customer service atau admin e-commerce (marketplace seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, atau TikTok Shop).
Paham fitur-fitur marketplace (online shop), seperti proses orderan, chat, setting promo, dan upload produk
Berpengalaman sebagai Host Live Streaming di TikTok Shop, Shopee, atau Instagram menjadi nilai tambah
Terbiasa mengoperasikan dashboard marketplace, sistem Omnichannel, serta percaya diri dan komunikatif di depan kamera.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel (rumus dasar, vlookup, pivot table)
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang ramah, persuasif, solutif, serta tahan terhadap tekanan (menghadapi komplain).

Tanggung Jawab

Membalas pesan, diskusi produk, dan ulasan pembeli di seluruh marketplace secara cepat dan responsif.
Memandu sesi live streaming sesuai pembagian jadwal untuk mempromosikan produk, mengedukasi penonton, dan mendorong penjualan (closing).
Memproses pesanan masuk, memastikan ketersediaan stok, dan berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang untuk pemrosesan pengiriman.
Menangani komplain, klaim retur, dan kendala pengiriman hingga tuntas sesuai kebijakan platform.
Memperbarui stok produk, mengatur diskon kampanye promo, serta menyusun laporan performa chat dan hasil penjualan live streaming.
