Job Description
1. Handle customer inquiries via chat commerce platform
2. Handle return procedur to mantain and ensure excellent customer experience
3. Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, prices updates, stock checks, and content accuracy.
4. Process orders, coordinate shipments schedules, and ensure smooth customer service
5. Support promotional activities and product campaign for the brand
