Job description for DUTY MANAGER at ElixirEsports
Job Description
1.Daily maintenance of in-store equipment and store security.
2.Manage daily operations of store staff, including attendance, service standards, recruitment, and training.
3.Oversee food safety and hygiene management of the water bar, as well as inventory and procurement of consumables.
4.Assist the store manager in meeting sales targets.
5.Handle any unexpected incidents that may arise.
Job Requirements
1.Good health with a sales mindset.
2.Good character, obey management, strong execution, cheerful personality, and enthusiasm.
3.Aged 18-30, with strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, service-oriented, and a good team player.
4.Familiarity with popular games, understanding basic gaming terminology, and a passion for the esports industry is a plus.
5.Previous experience in store management in the F&B or service industry is preferred.
6.Due to work documents and customer needs, basic Chinese communication skills are required.
Working Hours
-5 or 6 full-time working days per week.
Shifts:
-Day Shift: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
-Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
