MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Customer account management
• Analyst and define key customers / tracking key accounts metrics
• Provide weekly/monthly/yearly sales volume forecast, payment update
• Market developing by hunting ODs/RTLs to increase volume
• Build up network with construction companies, Athuorities & projects
2. Market intelligent
• Collects information of competitor actitities & market trend
• Follow up RTL/EU feedback about product i.e quality, sevices, attractiveness…
3. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Work with customers included contractors and home builder
• Review errors and complaints and take appropriate action
• Cooperate with MKT for Jobsite trial/MKT event demo
4. People development
• Assist manager with coaching, training and escalated situations
• Build up successor to maintain sustainable organization
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• At least 3-5 years - experience in Sales or Business development
• Graduated from University of Technology (Civil or Material Engineer)
• Strong communication, negotiation, flexible in problem solving
• Good analysis & logical thinking
