Job description for Drafter at PT. Cahaya Teknindo Majumandiri
- Membuat perencanaan, mengatur, dan melaksanakan kegiatan operasional drawing
- Membuat gambar-gambar kerja sesuai pengarahan Engineer proyek dan schedule yang ditetapkan.
- Memeriksa kesesuaian gambar for construction dari konsultan / owner terkait dengan bidang kerja lainnya, untuk diterapkan dalam pembuatan shop drawing
- Membuat shop drawing dan as built drawing
- Check on site di project baik dalam kota maupun luar kota
- Menyelesaikan target menggambar sesuai waktu yang ditentukan
KUALIFIKASI
- Tingkat pendidikan minimal SMK / STM jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan/ Desain Permodelan Informasi Bangunan/Sejenisnya
- Menguasai program Auto-CAD.
- Mampu membaca gambar.
- Mampu membuat gambar kerja ( Shop Drawing / Asbuilt Drawing).
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan project schedule
- Dapat bekerja dalam team, jujur, teliti, tepat waktu.
- Proaktif & memiliki communication skill yang baik untuk berinteraksi dengan pihak eksternal & internal perusahaan.
- Dapat Bergabung secepatnya.

CTM was founded in 2003 in Gunung Putri, Bogor. We started off working on small-scale projects. Our earliest projects include the installation of the HVAC systems in the Governor's Office in Maluku, the Plumbing and Sprinkler systemsat the BKPM office and the mechanical and electrical systems in the Governor's Office in Bangka. We have since grown to take on larger-scale projects. CTM has grown to become a major player in the Mechanical and Electrical Construction industry, taking on increasingly larger and more complex projects. To date, we have completed close to 90 projects throughout Indonesia. To accomodate our growth, CTM has moved to a larger office at a prime location at Jalan Panjang, West Jakarta.
