Placement: AFRIKA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, sort out and file all project documents including civil works, installation, materials, test reports and acceptance records.
- Prepare and submit application documents for inspection to Supervisor and Client.
- Manage drawings, design changes, site visas, meeting minutes and official correspondence; control document versions.
- Compile as-built documents according to Client requirements and complete handover at project completion.
- Assist QA/QC in sorting quality records to ensure documents are consistent with site conditions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of document control experience in construction projects
- Certifications: Familiarity with ISO 9001 document control requirements preferred
- Skills: Proficiency in document management systems; strong organizational and filing skills
- Language: Proficiency in English
