Overview
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about brand storytelling, developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and build the overall brand image for our range of medical scrubs and professional uniforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the target markets, creativity in campaign development, and strong analytical skills to measure and optimize performance.
Responsibilities
The Brand Marketing Specialist will be responsible for brand marketing, brand management, marketing, and brand strategy development on a day-to-day basis :
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and goals. ( short term & long term )
Develop and execute brand marketing strategies across digital channels (Instagram, TikTok, SEO, live stream shopping events etc.)
Collaborate on campaign ideas and launches that drive awareness and sales
Manage influencer partnerships and brand ambassadors
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with our brand voice and product drops
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, and design) to ensure consistency in messaging and branding also to ensure on time execution.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve marketing efforts
Support creative projects such as lookbooks, catalogs, and brand videos
Stay updated on trends in fashion, healthcare, and caregiver industries
Qualifications
Bs/BA Degree ( Business / Marketing preferred)
2+ years experience in brand marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or medical apparel
Strong understanding of social media, content creation, and digital marketing
Demonstrable experience managing Digital Marketing tools : web/blog , market research (seo/sem/sdm), Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing , Marketing Database, and or display Advertising Campaign.
Strong analytical and creative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for branding and storytelling
A good eye for visual identity and tone of voice
Interest or familiarity with medical or caregiver-related industries is a bonus!
