- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Run campaigns from the plan and follow orders from the relevant departments to ensure the campaign is completed on time:

Implement digital marketing operations to optimize running campaigns, ensuring the best results:

Digital Budget Management:
- Align budget with business strategy
- Allocate budgets to team members for campaigns accordingly
- Coordinate tracking and management of Visa cards with Accountants
- Synthesize and provide payment documents, invoices
- Make offers and payment procedures when necessary
- Send budget spending reports to Admin Marketing
- Good knowledge of advertising platforms: Facebook/ Google/ Tiktok and other platforms
- Understanding of Marketing strategy: planning & implementation
- Ability to analyze, draw good conclusions and understand analytical tools
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a team leader and 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing with proven work results
