Job description for Digital Marketing Specialist (Junior) at Impact
- Optimize marketing effectiveness
- Educate business owners on how to grow their businesses
- Promote our brand to businesses and students
- Generate qualified leads
- Analyze online campaigns and website performances, produce regular reports, and propose recommendations to BOD and stakeholders.
- Handle search ads and display ads, including creating new campaigns, execute tests, along with optimizing copy and landing pages.
- Provide content recommendations and manage content writers to produce quality content.
- Determine revenue forecasts and budgets to achieve targeted ROI and maintain positive KPI trends.
- Plan and execute effective marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Manage search engine marketing and optimization (SEM & SEO).
- Bachelor’s Degree in reputable university from any major (Marketing, IT, Communication, and related fields would be a plus)
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B tech market
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Prior experience with using website analytics tools and generating marketing reports
- Exceptional research and analytical skills
- Data-driven, out-of-the box thinking, growth mindset, good communication skills
- Have a passion in building and growing a team is preferred
- Interesting projects and people
- Large apps scope: CRM, MRP, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Project Management, etc.
- Direct coordination with functional consultants for qualification and follow-ups
