Job description for Digital Marketing Manager at Incorp Global Pte Ltd

- Strong project management, multitasking and execution abilities

- Lead a team of content writers, graphic designers and web developers spread across different regions
- Actively strategize and plan new initiatives with SEO + web traffic data and analysis of user behaviour to create segmented campaigns with relevant content, and improve on them with regular testing
- Translate data analytics and insights into strategy and action plan for overall growth initiatives and channels performance to senior management and team members
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and the customer journey in order to optimize the funnel by leveraging growth marketing and CRM initiatives
- Research on competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry
- Manage relationship and work closely with all of advertising/ agency / technology partners (e.g. Linkedin, Drift, SemRush etc) recommend optimizations
- Manage budget and optimizes spend
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies based on AI
- Minimum Bachelor of Marketing, Business or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience and leading and managing the marketing team
- Proven track records in defining, executing, and launching successful digital marketing campaigns
- Proficient in Excel, CRM software, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Drift Chatbot, MailChimp and marketing analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, google search console etc.
- Understanding of WordPress and web and cloud hosting is a must.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to strive in a fast paced and results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situation and documentations
