Job description for Digital Marketing Manager at Wall Street English
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display
- advertising aligned with an overall corporate marketing plan
- Lead and drive inbound content marketing campaigns using blogs, measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Manage company website
- To ensure the company portfolio of products, services, and its brand is represented in line with corporate standards
- To plan and manage budgets against the company’s activities while ensuring that all activities are carried out cost effectively, efficiently and within budget
- Demonstrate ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment and quickly adapt to the company culture with high level of flexibility, reliable and responsibility
- To work with the relevant management teams in the development of specific project and content brands.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of performance and budget
- Strong grasp of current marketing tolls and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- Together with social media specialist, design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies as well as develop innovative ideas to bring channels to life and ensure balance between quality and quantity of leads generated is maintained
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- BS/MS degree with proven experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in using marketing automation tools and inbound content marketing (preferred)
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong leadership skills and project management skills
- Ability to work with across all levels in an organization and with external vendors

- Fluency in English both verbal and written is mandatory
- MS Office/IT literate
