Job description for Digital Marketing Manager at Pintar Ventura Pertama

Job Description:
Your main responsibility will be to help drive PVG's digital marketing activities to support the firm’s strategy, such as corporate communications, business development, and campaigns, within the required PVG product lines. Your responsibilities will include the following:
● Creating, planning, and evaluating strategy for digital campaigns & digital marketing channels (social media, website, ads, etc.) of various product lines under PVG.
● Benchmarking performance reports of advertising, marketing, and communications strategies across all channels and making recommendations on how to optimize them based on detailed analysis.
● Analyzing end-to-end user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution metrics and trends and making data-driven decisions.
● Building automated reports and dashboards to support the decision-making process.
● Delivering daily-weekly-monthly cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights.
● Working daily with analytical software including but not limited to Google Adworks, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, and more.

Job Requirements:
● Proven experience in SEO and Paid marketing channels e.g: Marketplace, Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
● Excellent in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, marketing POS, digital campaign, and digital event marketing.
● Detail-oriented, analytic problem-solving, critical thinking, effective written & verbal communication.
● Fluent in data mining, data visualization, business intelligence, and reporting software.
● English level: B2 (should be able to communicate with international team).
● Able to show portfolio from previous projects.
● 3-5 years’ experience.
