Requirements
- Experience in marketing 3+ years
- Experience in marketing of digital marketing agencies, Ad Agencies, SaaS, B2B is a plus
- Experience in running B2B campaigns to target Digital teams in Enterprise companies.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Strong foundation in Digital Marketing
- Proficient in creating content for the following platforms LinkedIn, IG, Tiktok, Twitter, Podcasts, Blogs, Website
- Has an active Tiktok and Instagram account and regularly posts on them
Work Scope
- Create a monthly marketing calendar.
- Generate high-quality inbound leads for Business Development team through marketing efforts.
- Monitor & optimize the performance of paid ads and the quality of incoming leads
- Ensure the website is up to date and reflects our target audience of Digital teams in Enterprise companies.
- Ensure AiSensum is within the top 5 Digital Marketing agencies in Indonesia.
- Write engaging content & create mood boards for Social Media posts, podcasts, and videos
- Run full-funnel campaigns, Top (Increase Awareness), Mid (Generate leads), Bottom (Conversions).
- Collaborate with the visual designer and Aisensum team to create engaging content and videos.
- Monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, Tiktok, Facebook, etc.)
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
- Improve AiSensum visibility by getting invited to be speakers at events, podcasts, and conferences.
- Join awards and target to get 2-3 awards from leading magazines and websites (NOT PAID/FAKE Awards)
- Track improvement on the number of followers, engagement rates, etc.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc).
- Launch paid ads on Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
