RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop monthly digital marketing plans, including content themes, creative concepts, campaign ideas, and posting schedules.
- Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Write compelling captions and collaborate with the team to produce creative content.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events.
- Research social media trends, competitors, and audience insights to generate fresh content ideas.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute ideas to increase brand awareness, followers, engagement, and lead generation.
- Achieve digital marketing targets set by the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Digital Business, or a related field.
- Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for design, branding, and storytelling.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and CapCut.
- Basic understanding of content planning, copywriting, and social media analytics.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
