WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Supervise the implementation social media strategy
- Create, manage and optimize email marketing campaigns including but not limit to
- Manage email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, Apollo
- Build and maintain segmented mailing lists and lead databases.
- Create and schedule email campaigns including newsletters, promotions, and event announcements.
- Monitor autoresponders and follow-up sequences for lead nurturing.
- Proofread and optimize email content to ensure clarity, engagement, and alignment with brand tone.
- Track campaign performance metrics (CTA, CTR) and provide analysis for optimization.
- Respond to customer email inquiries and support contact list hygiene.
Client Project Support
- Assist with digital marketing tasks for client projects as assigned.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality digital campaigns.
- Ensure that client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding progress and updates when required.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Tech savvy, take initiative in self learning
- From 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven track record in both social media and email marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends, best practices, and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
WHAT WE OFFER: Depending on your preference and in alignment with Vietnamese labor law, we will discuss and sign a proper contract with a suitable package tailored for you.
WORKING HOURS: This position requires direct client interaction within the US, with working hours aligned to US time zone from 3PM – 0AM or 6PM - 3AM (Mon – Fri) (Vietnam Time)
WORK LOCATION: Remote or Onsite/Hybrid at 9th Floor, Ree Tower, 9 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC, Vietnam
