Job description for Digital Marketing Director at AYP Group Pte Ltd
Summary
As a Digital Marketing Director, you will take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for AYP. You should have a proven record of effective budget management, and in-depth knowledge of all marketing channels (Search, Social Media, Content, Email, and Display), digital tools and platforms.
You will work directly under the Managing Director to build and manage the digital marketing team, leading all digital marketing initiatives from campaign ideation to execution, measurement and optimisation and ensuring all digital efforts are integrated with relevant company functions to achieve company objectives.
Your responsibilities:
- Building a roadmap for our company’s digital marketing efforts
- Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
- Monitoring performance by measuring KPIs and ROI, and preparing the budget for marketing campaigns
- Staying aware of the latest trends and advancements in digital technology
- Monitoring competition and providing ideas for standing out among the competitors
- Hiring and coaching of team members for achieving goals
- Liaising with Product, Sales and Marketing teams for building cohesive strategies and increasing conversion rates
- Forecasting sales performance and trends while also acting proactively on the client acquisition strategies
- Ensure marketing data accuracy and effective data analytics to support data-driven decision making
Our Ideal candidate:
- At least 3 years of work experience in digital marketing at a SaaS tech company
- Experience in developing lead generation, inbound, outbound programs in B2B markets
- Proven track record of implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Data-driven, continually seeking to innovate to drive improved results
- Outstanding data analysis skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
