Job description for Digital Marketing Associate at Ics Compute

We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. You will lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools.
If you know how to creatively handle various online marketing tools, like websites, products on social media and blogs, this position is for you. You will work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase client engagement. You will also be responsible for growing revenue and leads through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyse data across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for branding strategy and campaign according to the company's objectives.
Responsible for planning, design, promotion, and management of branding.
Lead the development of marketing strategy plans, cooperate with sales and event departments to implement marketing plans and  to ensure brand consistency.
Cooperate with the operation department to propose the resources needed for brand strategy to achieve branding goals.
Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, social media)
Responsible for reviewing annual and monthly advertising, public relations plans and budgets according to the brand's annual plan, and supervising the delivery process and effect.
Responsible for formulating and implementing brand marketing strategies, strategies, coverage and promotion plans, including routine maintenance.
Provide clear reporting, more importantly actionable insights on account performances to stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
Qualification:
Have a minimum of 2 years experience of brand building and paid media experience including social media marketing, display, affiliate marketing and paid search
Proficient in web analytics tools such as; Google Analytic
Familiar operating Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Good knowledge in Photoshop, Canva, and Media Editing Software is a plus
Familiarity with web design and content management systems
Create exciting contents and develop social media strategy for different social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, etc
Understand Instagram Ads / Facebook Ads / Google Ads
Monitoring communities, delivering appropriate strategy, and engaging responses
Excellent analytical and project management skills
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Strong presentation skills, including oral, written, and graphical experience with reporting
Fluent in professional English with ability to present in English
