Job description for Digital Marketer at Chupitos
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer (at least 3 years) to assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of our online marketing efforts.
Website
· Maintain company websites, be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
· Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools
· Expertise in Growth Hacking/Online Marketing technical writing SEO/SEM, web traffic optimisation, customer conversion, email and social media marketing, blogging, developing and implementing marketing and growth strategies.
Marketing Campaigns
· Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
· Drive product campaigns and directly engage customers
· Drive traffic to website
· Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
· Establish a rapid experimentation cadence to identify the most effective and efficient ways to grow product - A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience
· Collaborate on effective content marketing strategies and maintain a calendar of content distribution around the product - continuously optimize it for results.
· Analyze all aspects of the conversion funnel and identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to capitalize on the gaps.
· Understand the product to create, own and drive lead generation strategies.
· Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
· Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
Marketing Automation
· Bring an analytical approach to marketing automation and work with internal teams to set targets for campaigns, conduct A/B tests, and report on and communicate results to stakeholders.
· Define, measure and maintain growth & adoption metrics for the product
· Setting up and creating EDMs and campaigns – organize it according to segmented customers
· Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of industry developments
Job Requirements
· Experience in e-commerce and driving online sales – SEO, conversion rate optimization, marketing automation platforms and other growth tools
· Ability to use Shopify and basic codings, Google Analytics, Ad Words, Facebook Analytics and other analytics tools
· Team player who is detailed and thrives in an environment where there are constrained resources, and product/market fit is just being established
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to use data to gain insights and drive decisions
· Skills and experience in creative content writing a plus
· Basic knowledge of database and SQL is a plus
