The digital designer works under the supervision of the art director to create online engagements to deliver the intended messages to drive the target audiences to act.
B. Roles and Responsibilities
1. Roles and Responsibilities – Design
¡ Support the team in high-value projects and pitches, as well as other adaptation projects
¡ Brainstorm and conceptualise original ideas with the creatives and strategists to solve clients’ business problems
¡ Understand the marketing objectives and communicate the intended message through design
¡ Create key visuals through digital manipulation of original photographs or stock images
¡ Design the UI for web and mobile sites, and artwork for digital and social media advertisements, eDM, print, direct mailer, interactive and shop displays, and digital signages for event and conference
¡ Execute the design in the highest possible standard
¡ Adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistent branding and user experience across multiple touch points
¡ Work with front end developers in ensuring web and mobile sites are executed as planned
C. Qualifications and Experience
¡ Diploma or bachelor’s degree in UX & UI Design or its equivalent
D. Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
¡ Campaign-level thinking, and is attentive to the minute details of each artwork at the same time
¡ Well-versed in UX concepts and UI/user-centric design
¡ Knowledge in the requirements of different advertisement formats
¡ Strong understanding of site functionalities, navigations, design parameters, best practices, interactions and new web experiences
¡ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and InDesign. Knowledge in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, or Cinema4D is an advantage
