Job description for Digital Channel Specialist at Unicom Interactive Pte Ltd
Responsibilities
- Develop meaningful reports with Online Analytics tools and Present insights relating to Customer’s online activities
- Identify opportunities to improve Customer Journeys and drive business origination across digital channels (Website/Online Banking/Mobile Banking)
- Run experiments on digital channels based on hypotheses
- Manage and govern the processes and flows of content creation and usage across digital channels
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to implement projects on public website
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the banking industry
- Strong ability to analyse and understand online data and trends and deliver improvement plans to address opportunity areas identified
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised ability to prioritise tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Adobe Analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Possess initiative, drive, and ability to work independently and be a good team player
- Knowledge and experience in managing websites and other digital communication channels is an added advantage
